Acceptance of Terms. By using https://flooringsanchez.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Service Description. This Site describes Bathroom Renovation, Kitchen Remodeling, Backsplash Installation, Subfloor Preparation, Grout Repair, Flooring Installation, Flooring Replacement, Chimney Installation provided by Flooring Sanchez. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://flooringsanchez.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Flooring Sanchez or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

No Warranties. Flooring Sanchez disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Flooring Sanchez's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Flooring Sanchez from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CO, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in CO.

Updates. Flooring Sanchez reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
